How do we select pubs for the Guide?
Here at BeerGuideCPH.com we don't have complicated rules for choosing the pubs we list.
Firstly, we only recommend pubs we've actually visited ourselves.
Secondly, our pubs must serve good beer. We don't care how it is served: cask, keg and bottled beer are all fine as long as the pub serves good beer from interesting (often smaller) breweries.
Finally, we consider additional criteria such as service and ambience. We like our pubs to have something extra, be it interesting architecture, great atmosphere or excellent food. But first and most importantly they must serve good beer.
