My top picks are the pubs that are "must visit" should you be in Copenhagen. They are a cut above the rest.

Small cozy basement bar not far from the main train station. About 2/3 of the beers are Danish, the rest are mostly quality beers from Germany and Belgium. |  |

This are pubs that you should make an effort to visit if you have the time.
New bar (May 2018) specializing in sour and Belgian beers. Cask beers are lambics. Weekly events including open mike comedy (Danish and English) and live music. |  |
Friendly corner bar with decent selection of beers. Good mix of Danish and international beers. Bottle list includes a surprising number of lambics. |  |
Newly opened brewery and tap room for To Øl. Restaurant open daily from 5pm. |  |

Twice the taps as the original Mikkeller Bar and maybe three times the space. Mikkeller beers and plenty of guests. The bottle shop is now a separate pub, Koelschip. |  |
Modern brewery/brewpub in old factory building with lots of exposed brick and steel beams. The new BRAW bar in the basement has beers from their experimental brand (BRAW) and some guests and is definitely worth a visit. |  |
The "Beer Carpenter" was a brewpub but the brewery is now in another location and has become a sort of Co-op with many brewing companies using it. Lots of interesting beers. On Monday large beers are the price of a small. |  |
